ONLINE COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY*
*(Free 30 minutes chat as part of a 80-minute session)
Online therapy gives you those same advantages as talking about your thoughts or feelings with a therapist face-to-face. Anapsys Counselling Services is a UK based practice specialised in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). The clinic was founded in 1999 by accredited cognitive psychotherapists. We offer online therapy sessions and supervision via Skype in a confidential and safe environment.

- Panic attacks and agoraphobia.
- Social anxiety.
- Obsessive compulsive disorder (including pure obsessions e.g. sexual, aggressive or religious)

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF ONLINE THERAPY?
Online CBT is just as effective as in-person counselling but with the added benefits that difficult, enduring problems can be addressed adequately. Using our service is quick and convenient. Just contact us by email or phone to schedule a session. You can pay safely with PayPal.
You may benefit from our counselling services if:
1 - You feel easily embarrassed and usually fear talking to people in social situations.
2 - You have some confidence or self-esteem issues.
3 - You find it difficult to trust a therapist and prefer an online contact.
4 - You fear leaving your house to see a psychotherapist because you may have a panic attack.
5 - Your time is very limited due to work or family commitments.
6 - You may suffer from limited mobility or any other type of incapacitation.
7 - You want to want to save time.
8 - You are an expat.
9 - Other therapists have not been able to help you because your problem is complex or chronic.
WHAT SOFTWARE DO WE USE?
We use Skype and VSee. You need to have a webcam to do the sessions. If you feel uncomfortable using videoconferencing, you can choose to have a voice chat instead by switching off your camera. Alternatively, you can conduct the session on the phone.
WHO WOULD BE YOUR COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL PSYCHOTHERAPISTS?
Sylvia Buet and John Dunlop are Psychologists who are also accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists by the BABCP. Both of them are experienced counsellors and CBT therapists.
They offer cognitive therapy supervision for accredited or non-accredited therapists.
